This conference will afford individuals, HR professionals, and organizations the opportunity to explore tools and resources necessary to build diverse workforces and remain competitive on the global stage. The event will also provide a valuable opportunity for individuals to network together and grow in their knowledge of diversity and leadership. Our speakers and workshops will offer a unique perspective on a plethora of topics, including unconscious bias, women in leadership, developing a D&I strategy, generational panel, a CEO panel and diversity and inclusion best practices.

Hosted by the NC Healthcare HR Association: Employee engagement is a workplace approach to provide the right conditions for all members of an organization to give of their best each day, committed to their organization’s goals and values. This session will provide strategies for improving and/or enhancing employee engagement. It will explore current trends and approaches to creating an engaging workplace environment.  The guest speaker will be Andrea Breazeale-King, MBA, MSHR, SPHR, SHRM-SCP- HR-Business Partner & Advisor with Capital Associated Industries (CAI).
