Gallup developed State of the American Workplace using data collected from more than 195,600 U.S. employees via the Gallup Panel and Gallup Daily tracking in 2015 and 2016, and more than 31 million respondents through Gallup’s Q12 Client Database. First launched in 2010, this is the third iteration of the report.

About our speaker:

Patrick Mieritz is a Gallup Certified Strengths Coach and leader of the Gallup Organization’s learning and development practice in North Carolina. As an organization, Gallup is the world’s leading research firm on the subject of reframing human capital strategy into a business growth strategy.


In his role, Patrick teaches leaders how to use Gallup’s research to:
-select world class talent
-implement Strengths based approaches to performance management
-transform HR from an operations department into a profit center

We are happy to announce that we are relaunching the Members in Transition group for 2018!  In preparation, we'd like to get some input from our members and those currently in transition on what you want to see from this group.
