According to a Gallup Survey, only 32% of the American workforce is fully engaged.  Worse, even though employee engagement has been a hot topic for the last decade, we have only moved the needle 3% since then. What is the secret to engaging your workforce?


In this session, Scott Brown, founder of Stone House Consulting, will share the method he has used to measure the engagement levels of thousands of employees around the world.  He will go over each step of the process in detail, giving examples and tips for implementation at each step. 


Stone House Consulting helps organizations build the cultures that they need in order to thrive by advising leadership teams on culture strategy, by coaching them through the implementation of that strategy, and by training their employees to effectively manage within the new culture. Scott has worked with teams all over the world and across several industries to help them build better workforces.


Prior to becoming a consultant, Scott spent 20 years in the government sector, beginning as an active-duty United States Marine and ending as the Director of the Law Enforcement Instructor Training Program for the NC Department of Justice. Scott’s military and law enforcement background shows up his consulting practice today, as he has established a reputation for straight talk and a no-nonsense approach to his work.
