Improve accountability and company culture with a Best-Self Management program! In this Masters Series Program you’ll learn what Best Self-Management is and how to successfully implement the program for your organization. Best-Self Management is an evidence-inspired approach to increasing performance, engagement, and flourishing for organizations, teams, managers, and individuals. Best-Self Management leverages Positive Psychology and Positive Organizational Scholarship research related to constructs like Psychological Safety, Growth Mindset, Motivation, Positivity, and Strengths to improve relationships, clarify expectations, increase the effectiveness of feedback, and more. This session will introduce Best-Self Management as well as Best-Self Feedback, a balanced approach that provides tools and guidance for going beyond “Radical Candor” into unlocking human potential.
