How HR Can Drive Strategic Change and Improve Performance

The performance of the executive leadership is always the first place for HR to set the bar in terms of performance for the rest of the organization. To analyze the performance the executive team must be viewed on 3 levels - the design, the dynamics, and the capacity for strategy execution. Once we have the data, and the engagement of the executives, HR can then play a huge role in ensuring that change is realized and delivers on its expectations to the entire business.

Key Takeaways/Learning Objectives:

  1. Analyze those elements of the senior leadership that need focus in order to achieve strategic objectives.
  2. Manage the change through strategic interventions
  3. Ensure that development plans are aligned to strategic objectives
  4. Be the architect of change now and in the future
