Master Series: Expectations and Accountability

$79 Members • $109 Nonmembers

Please note NEW location is 1500 Sunday Drive Suite 102 Raleigh, NC

The session will explore accountability and the reasons people willingly accept responsibility. Participants will learn the systemic and personal reasons why people avoid accountability and how to create a culture where people accept accountability.

We will use worksheets and group discussions to help participants design their own plans to implement back at work. The participants will practice analyzing specific situations to determine accountability gaps and the skill to respond to the identified gaps.
