PHR/SPHR certification is a great way to establish yourself in the HR field. It proves your mastery of HR operations, best practices and regulations in the U.S., and creates a solid foundation for your future advancement. To pass the certification exam, you need to prepare well and study hard.  But you don’t need to do it alone.  Join us this spring, as we help you prepare for the PHR or SPHR exam that you’ve wanted to obtain.

Required Material: The HRCI Professional in Human Resources Certification Study Guide, 4th Edition, 2012 by Sandra Reed and Anne Bogardus is currently unavailable for purchase on Amazon and Barnes and Noble online. The 5th Edition will be released in late March.

Please continue your registration. Notes and slide deck materials will be made available to all participants beginning Thursday, March 7, 2019.

Curriculum: Each session reviews the 6 Functional Areas within the Body of Knowledge: Business Management and Strategy, Workforce Planning and Employment, HR Development, Compensation and Benefits, Employee and Labor Relations, and Risk Management.  Each class is presented by HR professionals who have more than 15 years’ experience in Human Resources and are an expert on the subject they present.  This program is structured to assist each participant with being successful in passing the testing for certification.  Each week the instructors review and discuss the subject matter content and previously used test questions. 

Registration Fee: $69 for members, $99 for non-members
