Please note this is a breakfast meeting and will be held at the NCSU University Club.


Businesses are evolving and recognizing the profound benefits that a diverse, equitable, and inclusive workforce holds.  However, cultivating and attracting diverse talent continues to be a challenge.  In addition, building a culture of holistic inclusion continues to be a prioritized strategy.  From mitigating the effects of unconscious bias in the interview process to practices in addressing inequities and building inclusive work cultures – this interactive session will highlight best practices from successful practitioners in the field.  In addition, we will reinforce the need for intentional community outreach and collaboration to find and grow diverse talent.


This session will be lead by a group of panelists which include:

6.       How does unconscious bias play into cultivating diverse talent?   How do we mitigate? 

          7.       What partners are critical in finding diverse talent? 

8.       From your perspective, what is the ROI of a diverse talent pipeline culture?

9.       What is management’s / leadership role in facilitating DEI?
