RWHRMA is a not-for-profit human resources professional association and a local affiliate of the national Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) organization focused on serving the HR professional and advancing the HR profession.  RWHRMA is a premier SHRM chapter, having been nationally recognized for its many award-winning programs.  Members may take advantage of many professional development, community service, and networking opportunities offered by RWHRMA.
