Connecting Engagement and Organizational Performance - Master Series

According to a Gallup survey, only 32% of the American workforce is fully engaged. Worse, even though employee engagement has been a hot topic for the last decade, we’ve only moved the needle 3% since 2011.

This course will teach you to examine both the desire & the ability of your employees and to take appropriate action to increase both. This course will provide a deeper understanding of what it means to be engaged and the impact that employee engagement has on organizational performance. Also, it will cover how to implement a simple framework for assessing employee engagement and the reasons behind it, by following a sound strategy. Finally, it will address how to identify engagement killers in the workplace and what can be done to manage them out of the system.
