Pivotal Conversations…Inspiring Lasting Change

Have you ever experienced any of the scenarios below?

  • Witnessed a Corporate Change initiative fall flat due to employee resistance or apathy
  • Delivered feedback to a colleague that turned South and created unnecessary tension
  • Attempted to solve real business problems that completely missed the mark
  • Felt reluctant to have “Real” conversations for fear of “ruffling feathers”

Conversations can change the world…or at least your world. Whether it’s for the better or worse depends on your level of skill and confidence.

In this ½ day Pivotal Conversations course we will accomplish the following:

  • Identify the factors that can make these conversations challenging
  • Become aware of our reactions, emotions, and habits and how they impact our success/failure
  • Explore a Framework to handle all types of conversations effectively
  • Practice/Deepen foundational skills to improve both our relationships and results
  • Learn tools and techniques to maximize productive/respectful dialogue even when opinions vastly differ
