Xtreme Beginnings 2017 - Volunteers Needed!

Xtreme Beginnings, a School-To- Career project endorsed by RWHRMA and the Wake
County Public School System, is seeking volunteers to help with our 17th annual initiative. This event is for WCPSS 10th and 11th graders and approximately 750 students will be in attendance.

Date: Thursday, April 6, 2017
Location: NCSU McKimmon Center, 1101 Gorman St., Raleigh, NC
Time: 8:45 – 12:00

We are in need of approximately 90 practice interviewers who would be willing to help with practice interviews. A practice interview provides students with an opportunity to test out their interview skills with someone who is not evaluating them for an actual job. Students are interviewed for approximately 20 minutes from a professional who can provide them with feedback on whether or not their responses are suitable and also provide tips on their resume.

To register for this event, please complete the online registration form by going to http://tinyurl.com/wakexb2017.

Registration DEADLINE is Friday, March 31, 2017.
