RWHRMA & WorldatWork Members: Mark your calendars for the following WorldatWork certification courses scheduled in 2015: 

C12 – Variable Pay – July 16-17, 2015
This course presents the fundamentals of variable pay. The course focuses on compensation strategy and variable pay, definitions and the design and implementation of incentive, recognition and bonus plans. 

C4 – Base Pay Administration – September 9-10, 2015
This course provides an in-depth discussion of the principles, design, implementation and evaluation of an employee base pay program. Exercises will show how to design a pay program that is fair, competitive and supportive of an organization’s compensation strategy. 

If you are a member of RWHRMA and WorldatWork, you are entitled to discounted fees for local WorldatWork courses.

Input Needed for Executive Panel

RWHRMA is hosting an Executive Panel at its monthly meeting on September 15th, 2015. This program will be a dinner event, running from 5:30-7:00 p.m. at the PNC Arena, and the topic will be Growth and Innovation in the Triangle. The primary theme presented to our panel will center around how talent acquisition and human capital management aid top companies in achieving their strategic goals.

We are in the process of constructing our questions for the panel, and we would welcome input from our fellow RWHRMA members. Please take the time to consider this topic and to offer up queries that you would like to see deliberated by the panelists. Email any ideas to rwhrma.programs@gmail.com, and we will make every effort to work your suggestions into the moderated discussion.
