The day is finally here! If you are a current holder of an HRCI certification (SPHR, PHR, GPHR) you can now apply for the new SHRM-SCP or SHRM-CP beginning January 5th, 2015. Remember there is no cost for those currently certified.

Beginning January 2015, the North Carolina Department of Transportation’s Fortify I-40/440 Rebuild Project will enter Phase II (Projected Timeline: January 2015 through December 2016). During this Phase, NCDOT construction engineers will reduce traffic to three lanes over an 8.5--mile stretch of I-40 in Wake County. To help reduce the traffic impact, NCDOT is asking drivers and local employers to help get 30,000 vehicles off the road in the work zone during peak commute times. As a public service to our members and our communities, we are providing resources to assist you and your employer in managing this transportation disruption.
